Individual therapy provides a compassionate and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and story. In these one-on-one sessions, you’ll work closely with a therapist to gain deeper insight into the feelings beneath the challenges you face, whether they are related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating life’s transitions. Therapy is not just about problem-solving; it’s about emotional healing, and personal growth. Through this collaborative process, you’ll grow personally and live more fully.
Typically weekly or bi-weekly sessions continue for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Couples therapy is designed to help partners reconnect on a deeper, more secure emotional level. Good couples therapy focuses on understanding the underlying emotions that drive relationship conflicts and disconnection. In therapy, couples learn to identify negative patterns of interaction and replace them with new ways of communicating that foster trust, intimacy, and emotional safety.
Through this process, partners begin to understand each other’s emotional needs more clearly, creating space for vulnerability, empathy, and healing. Couples therapy is not just about resolving surface-level issues but about transforming the emotional bond, allowing couples to strengthen their connection and create a more secure, loving relationship that can weather life’s challenges.

Child therapy provides a warm, supportive, and safe space where children can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a way that feels comfortable and natural to them. Whether through talking, play, art, or creative expression, child therapy meets children at their developmental level, helping them process feelings like anxiety, sadness, anger, or confusion. We work to build trust and connection with your child, offering gentle guidance as they work through challenges such as family changes, school difficulties, trauma, or social struggles.
This therapeutic process allows the child or adolescent to gain insight into their feelings and behaviors, learn healthy coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self.

Group therapy offers a powerful space for individuals to explore the deeper emotional and relational aspects of their lives through the lens of their personal stories. In this group setting, participants are invited to reflect on their life narratives, uncovering the unconscious patterns and emotional wounds that shape their relationships, behaviors, and self-perception. By sharing and listening to each other’s stories, members begin to see connections between past experiences and present struggles, allowing for greater insight and self-understanding.
Groups meet weekly and is limited in the number of participants (6-8 people).

Workshops are intensive, short-term experiences designed to foster personal growth, emotional healing, and deeper self-awareness in a supportive group setting. Our workshops are rooted in the belief that our stories hold the key to both our wounds and our healing.

Customized individual or couple intensive experiences that provide specified, focused therapeutic work tailored to your individual need. Intensives provide a non-hurried, more fluid healing experience versus weekly therapy. An intensive can help “jump start” your continuing work, or drill down to the root of trauma in a safe and “intense” manner.
