About Your Practice

I knew I wanted to help people, but I wasn’t sure what that would look like. I took the Introduction to Social Work class at Lipscomb and felt it was the right fit. Throughout college as myself and others around me struggled with mental health, I became passionate in this particular area of social work and grew in my desire to become a therapist.

Daniel Siegel, Fred Rogers, Henry Cloud, Chip Dodd, several of my professors, and my family

My faith is the foundation of my work, and plays itself out in the passion I have for helping others live fully. I believe the spiritual, physical, and emotional parts of individuals are intertwined and will address each of these throughout therapy.
