August 25 8:30am-4pm
In the Codependency In Relationships workshop, we will dive deep into our need for connections with other people, and how the deep roots of codependency patterns become a block for us to connect with others honestly.
The workshop will use:
- group discussions
- a codependency test
- safe environment
- enough time to settle into the experience (all day instead of 50 minute sessions)
to give you a clear picture of your codependent relationship patterns and a better way to care for yourself and those you love.
What sets this workshop apart is our commitment to truly relate and interact with you. We keep the workshop at 15 participants or less so everyone is acknowledged as often as they want to be. Also, you can show up to listen and not vocally engage – this is your workshop so make it your own.
This workshop is an entry point to a lab experience where you will sit with 3-5 other people for a morning and more deeply discuss your wants and needs within your relationships. So, the workshop opens the door to even more opportunity with like-hearted people.
You are free to do the workshop and NOT continue to the lab.
The invitation is simple and powerful: welcome to the community.
Who is it for?
This workshop is open to all those who want to know more about codependency in relationships and want to have a framework for relational wellness.
Participants need to be comfortable with expressing feelings and be open to the truth that expressing feelings in relationships is necessary and beneficial.
If you are in or have been in therapy this workshop will be a good addition to the work you’re already in. After the workshop, you will have more to process with your individual counselor if you so choose. Jenay or I can also speak with your counselor if you believe this is beneficial for you.
Cost: $325 (scholarship opportunities are available if needed)
Date: August 25, 2023
Time: 8:30am – 4pm
Email Jenay or Colton to register and secure your spot to listen and learn this life-changing material. Life-changing may sound grandiose, but this information has changed our lives and others.
