Megan Dawkins

Counseling Intern

Megan desires to journey alongside and help others as they begin to piece together their stories and see the beauty in their brokenness. Megan has been greatly influenced by the Spiritual Root SystemTM and the Townsend Institutes Character Structure Development. Rather than only looking at the symptoms a person is experiencing, Megan aspires to go deeper with the client and search through the root causes of their symptoms. Through this deeper dive, it is Megan’s hope that clients will begin to see their story more clearly and even see redemption in the wounds they have experienced in life.

Before pursuing her Master’s in Counseling, Megan danced with a professional Christian ballet company and now continues to pursue her passion for dance by being a ballet teacher. She has spent many years in ministry through mission work, kids ministry, and high school ministry.

Megan is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling at Concordia University Irvine.
