Robert is committed to guiding individuals, couples, and families on their path to a more fulfilling life. He adopts a non-judgmental approach, consistently embracing vulnerability as a strength. Robert’s therapeutic style is shaped by his training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, drawing inspiration from the work of renowned figures such as Sue Johnson, Brené Brown, and Chip Dood.

With expertise in addressing a wide range of issues and attachment wounds, Robert helps clients heal from trauma, alleviate anxiety and depression, and enhance relationships. He also collaborates with couples to improve communication and cultivate deeper bonds.

Prior to his career in therapy, Robert’s background in ministry instilled in him a deep passion for community and connection. As he began to explore the intricacies of human emotions, thoughts, and actions, this passion led him to pursue a career in therapy. With over 15 years of counseling and leadership experience, Robert embarks on his internship at the River Tree Center in Spring 2023 as an MFT Intern.

Residing in Murfreesboro, TN, Robert cherishes time with his family. His mission is to live a “life beyond the blur” by wholeheartedly engaging in relationships with himself, his family, and friends, while empowering others to experience the same clarity and depth in their connections.
